Session 1:

Everyday Choices: Doing What Matters

Want to know how to transform strong emotions and judgmental thinking which get in your way?
Want to find ways to get what you really need?

Session 1 will be held on Thursday, February 16th from 1:45 pm – 3:30 pm at The 519 (519 Church St, Toronto).

Session 2:

Empathetic Listening

We all want to matter. Our ability to be present to ourselves and others with empathy and clarity can make the difference between a breakdown and a breakthrough. Compassionate Communication™ excels in providing practical ways to relate and to get to the heart of what is really the matter behind criticisms, resistance and judgments.

Session 2 will be held on Thursday, March 16th from 1:45 pm – 3:30 pm at The 519 (519 Church St, Toronto).

Session 3:

The Art of Giving Feedback

Whether with clients, co-workers or ourselves, having feedback is key for learning, motivation and growth. And yet feedback is often avoided or communicated in vague or judgmental ways which dilute its usefulness. You will learn the three key elements of effective, easier to hear feedback. Practice giving feedback for celebrating helpful actions and fueling the motivation to do more, and understanding about what’s not working and what we’d like done differently.

Session 3 will be held on Thursday, April 20th from 1:45 pm – 3:30 pm at The 519 (519 Church St, Toronto).
