Integration of 416 with LOFT Community Services

March 14, 2017

Announcement to all of our partners, collaborators and supporters…

Integration of 416 with LOFT Community Services

Dear Valued Stakeholder/Partner,

We would like to update you on our plans to integrate with LOFT Community Services. On February 22 the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network approved our integration plans. We are moving actively now to complete this integration by April 1.  By building on our aligned values, our goal is to improve and expand programs and services for all of our clients. Our aim is to be able to sustain and grow what 416 has been so successful in building, and integrate its work within a broader range of services serving women with severe and persistent mental health and addiction issues in our community.

With this integration, we do not anticipate any disruption to current programs and services. 416 will continue in terms of name, client services and our staff team. We will become a program of LOFT more broadly and share in their common value of unwavering care for our clients.

Thank you again for your ongoing support. It is much appreciated.

Rhona Zitney

Chair, 416 Board of Directors
